Our refund and returns policy varies with the product or service you’ve purchased.


Should you find that you’re dissatisfied with any of our courses and you notify us before completing 25% of that course within 30 days of your purchase of the course, we will refund 100% of the cost of that course. PLEASE NOTE there will be no refund if either 1) 30 days have passed since your purchase, or 2) you have completed more than 25% of the course.


The cancellation and refund policies for live events will be published along with the offering of each live event. The cancellation and refund policy may vary for each live event.


If you notify us that you have become dissatisfied with the content of any of our ebooks within 10 days of your purchase, we will refund 100% of the cost of that book, and you can keep the book. PLEASE NOTE that if 10 days have passed since your purchase, there will be no refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your request for a refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
